Is your home and/or work space cluttered? Yes/No
Do you have goals and dreams that remain unfulfilled? Yes/No
Are you feeling stressed about your financial situation? Yes/No
Do you generally sleep less than six hours each night? Yes/No
Are you feeling worried and anxious about the future? Yes/No
If you scored between 9 and 12 “Yes” answers, then coaching could be extremely beneficial for you and have a significant impact on you and your life.
If you scored between 5 and 8 “Yes” answers, then coaching could also be very beneficial for you and help you get those areas of your life on track that are still requiring attention.
If you scored between 0 and 4 “Yes” answers, congratulations! It appears that you are on the right track and heading in the right direction. You may still want to consider a coaching session to ensure that you stay on track and realise your full potential.
